Feeling Stitchy!

My supply of nice stitch markers has been dwindling! I think there may be a few down the side of the couch and I think Miss E may have a few in her little collection of treasures but where the rest have gone I have no idea! So with the recent 20% off at Spotlight I decided to make a few of my own! I came home armed with beads, tiger tail, plyers and sculpy clay ready to make a few of my own! This was the result...

My cupcake markers are on their way to someone in a Magic Yarn Ball Swap and the others are tucked away in my stitchmarker bag ready to be used with my next project. I am in love with the cupcakes though so there are more on their way already!

Christmas Crafting

Yes a very strange title for February I know but I promised some catch up posts and here they are. I had a massive list of things I wanted to make for Christmas pressents and I did manage to get some done but not all of it. Next year will be even better!
These bags were for my SIL's and are made using the Sophie Bag pattern. A very easy pattern and I love the shape and size!

Four Years

What a way to spend our anniversary! With gastro! Not just me but Josef and the kids too! Not fun at all. But to keep it a bit happier here we are 4 years ago today.

Playing Catch up

Helloooooo, anyone there? I wouldn't be surprised if there is no one there as it has been more than TWO MONTHS since my last post (I can hear you all gasping from here! Well anyone still reading that is!). Isn't is funny how time can crawl sometimes and other times it just flies by. Well that is what my last two months have done, flown! I think with all the Christmas crafting I kind of got out of the habit of even reading others blogs!

So what has happened in the last two months?

• Christmas and New Year of course! Not a lot to tell about this, just your typical Christmas and new year complete with family dramas...nothing I want to share on here though (sorry stickybeaks!)
• Lovely family holiday with another family as well on the East coast of Tasmania...just gorgeous!
• Isla's First Birthday! yes my baby is ONE! Still can't belive it!
• Our fourth wedding anniversary...TODAY! (Happy anniversary honey. I love you!) Unfortunately we have all come down with gastro this week so neither of us are feeling up to going out. Maybe next week when we are both feeling better.
• Lots of knitting, not much sewing, and no scrapbooking!

I will post about each of these sometime soon. When? You ask...well given my past performance with this blog I am not going to commit to anything!
